How to Delete Your Profile and/or Cancel Your Subscription
We understand that life changes, and we’re here to help with any adjustments you need for your account. Below, you’ll find instructions for both deleting your profile and canceling your subscription:
Profile Deletion
To remove your profile, follow these steps:
- Click your profile photo in the top-right corner of the screen.
- A menu will appear on the left side—select Settings.
- Click Delete to proceed to the profile deletion page.
You’ll then have two options:
- Standard Deletion (Free): Simply click the Delete button to remove your profile.
- Full Account Deletion (Hard Delete – $15): For a more secure option, choose this to permanently erase all traces of your data from our servers.
What’s Full Account Deletion?
While standard deletion is free and effective, full account deletion (also known as a hard delete) manually removes all your activities and records from our systems. This option offers the highest level of privacy and security.
Canceling Your Subscription
If you’d like to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:
- Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Cancel Subscription.”
- Our team will manually review your request and send a confirmation email.
- Please reply to the confirmation email with any necessary details to complete the cancellation process.
Important Information:
If your subscription renews while your cancellation request is in progress, you will not be charged. If you are charged, we will process a full refund immediately.
