Below, you\u2019ll find instructions for both deleting your profile and canceling your subscription:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Profile Deletion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>To remove your profile, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click your profile photo in the top-right corner of the screen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A menu will appear on the left side\u2014select <strong>Settings<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>Delete<\/strong> to proceed to the profile deletion page.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>You\u2019ll then have two options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard Deletion (Free):<\/strong> Simply click the <strong>Delete<\/strong> button to remove your profile.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Full Account Deletion (Hard Delete \u2013 $15):<\/strong> For a more secure option, choose this to permanently erase all traces of your data from our servers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>What\u2019s Full Account Deletion?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>While standard deletion is free and effective, full account deletion (also known as a hard delete) manually removes all your activities and records from our systems. This option offers the highest level of privacy and security.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Canceling Your Subscription<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019d like to cancel your subscription, follow these steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Send an email to <strong><a>support@sasha7.zohodesk.com<\/a><\/strong> with the subject line &#8220;Cancel Subscription.&#8221;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our team will manually review your request and send a confirmation email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please reply to the confirmation email with any necessary details to complete the cancellation process.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Important Information:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If your subscription renews while your cancellation request is in progress, you <strong>will not be charged<\/strong>.
